You have to power cycle the modem when switching the device connected to it. When having problems like now, unplug modem and router, wait at least 10 minutes, power up modem and then after a minute power up the router.

If still no go, look in router status or logs for any hints. Then it's probably time to discuss with your ISP's tech support.

also post an IPCONFIG /ALL

TWO Methods to do that - some people have problems with ONE----

ONE ---------------------------------
start
run
cmd
ipconfig /all

rightclick in the box
select all
enter
control key + C key - to copy
then reply here and
control key + V to paste

TWO -----------------------------------------------

Start, Run, CMD to open a DOS window and type:

IPCONFIG /ALL >C:\RESULT.TXT

Open C:\RESULT.TXT with Notepad and copy/paste the entire results here.
