I am in desperate need of a command line to send a broadcast message (WinPopUp (on 98 and such)/netSend (on xp and such)) for a 98 network. Is there such a thing? I am writing a program that will run when the computer starts and after a countdown (which is set in the code) runs the given command line. Does such a command line exsist for a Win98 network? I am aware of the "net send 127.0.0.1 'Hello'" for XP systems, but I need something like that for a 98 system. Please, let me know if you find any data on the subject.
