Need recommendation of getting 4TB cloud storage for a business and replacing Dropbox

I need some advice.
I have a customer who is paying loads per month to Dropbox.
They need at least 4TB of cloud storage and be able to access files as easily as they do with Dropbox.

I've looked at iDrive - fantastic offer, $5 for 10TB storage for the first year and then $99 per year afterwards.
PROBLEM: seems to good an offer. The storage is needed for a business, so can't afford to mess around.
(I spoke to customer service on chat - they 'seem' a reputable business.)

I've looked at Western Digital hard drives... that comes with software that would allow cloud access.
That would work I guess - but then need to have a backup redundancy plan?
I know about having multiple drives - RAID I think it's called... but will need to read up on what's involved.

EDIT: I've just seen some pretty big ready made machines from Western Digital. These look pretty good.

Looking for options + need to know what kind of backup system we need to have in place and how that works.
Can that be automated?

Thanks.

i have used idrive a lot - very good , you could also talk to about backup and recovery
If they are using 365 office at all , maybe talk about onedrive storage and backup
backup is quite a big subject on its ownright and looked into that for a lot of private customers who had sole businesses and can be quite involved ,also the time it takes on a phone line internet connection on how much time it takes to "Upload" data - I calculated time in Days

Here is a link to a website containing a listing composed of cloud storage options and details about them.
Cloud Storage Pricing & Comparison 2024 [Costs Explained]

Regarding backups, most if not all cloud storage services back up their servers on a regular basics. However, it is good practice keep an on-site backup of business files in case a catastrophic failure occurs on the part of a cloud storage service. While the chances of such an event occurring is low, it is better to be prepared for such an event. Also, an on-site backup should be saved to an external drive. An external drive which is stored away from the working environment in a business is more secure from physical hazards near office workstations.
