Since you just did a factory reset I suggest to just do it again. Sometimes there's a glitch, which doesn't happen on the second try.

Need help with my laptop
Did a factory reset on my laptop and now it’s acting all crazy my mouse is responding but when I press the buttons on the keyboard nothing pops up the only thing I can interact with on the screen is the Wi-Fi the narrator and the power button .
