Hiya, wanted to improve my performance slightly and use optimal settings without burning things up.

Motherboard- ASUS nForce2 Ultra 400 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket A CPU, Model "A7N8X-E Deluxe"

Ram - Geil Golden Dragon Dual Channel 184 Pin 512MB(256MBx2) DDR PC-3500

CPU - Barton 3200 FSB=400

Just put it together and it seems stable. CPU Temp ranges from 42-52C not higher.

Could anyone please give me some suggestions as to bios settings (CAS stuff, CPU voltage) that would SLIGHTLY increase performace? Things like that!

Overclocking is an art. Cas timings are generally trial an error. You bump em up, see if your stable and if so, bump em up again.

The tips/articles on http://www.overclockers.com are pretty good and so are their forums.

Yup, as Jtoast said there really isn't a certain formula to achieve performance. It's a matter of starting with default speed and slowly bringing up what you want until you achieve the right balance of performance, heat, and stability.
