i am in need of a tv tuner card(must be PCI AND have composite inputs). does anyone have any suggestions? obviously i want the best quality.

I've had great luck with ATI. They have the ATI TV Wonder that has composite input.

yeah it seems this one http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=15-116-616&depa=1 has more features and better quality. i dunno

I have the ATI pci wonder and I am not that happy with it. THus far it doesn't like the drivers on my Nvidia card and tells me so every time I boot it up and won't up until this time capture video from my tv.
