What is the exact model?
Assuming this is a desktop and you have moved the PC the first thing I would do is shut it all down, open the case and disconnect and reconnect all cables, connectors and cards. Its possible that something has become dislodged slightly. Do each thing one at a time.
I have also requested this be moved to the Hardware forum as i suspect it is more likely to be a hardware related problem.
