Need help setting my gaming pc back up

What is the exact model?

Assuming this is a desktop and you have moved the PC the first thing I would do is shut it all down, open the case and disconnect and reconnect all cables, connectors and cards. Its possible that something has become dislodged slightly. Do each thing one at a time.

I have also requested this be moved to the Hardware forum as i suspect it is more likely to be a hardware related problem.

That usually appears when the CMOS battery needs replacing. If your computer was unplugged for several days and is old, the CMOS battery probably died and lost the settings that's why you are asked to go in and look at them.
I'd buy a new CMOS battery. (When you open it up look for a coin cell type battery. The most common is CR3032 but I NEVER assume that is what a computer uses.)

The fact that your keyboard does nothing when you press Del or F2 might be the keyboard. I had one keyboard that didn't work to enter the BIOS/UEFI. I swapped it out for another keyboard and it worked fine. Needless to say, I e-cycled the keyboard I had a problem with.
