http://amer.com/files/Downloads/C110w2011_04_11.zip That's the driver. There's no automatic installer - you will most likely need to manually install this driver. Unpack the contents somewhere in your desktop.

Right Click at My Computer -> Manage. Select "Device Manager", then "Network Adapters". Right click on the adapter's name and select "Update Driver Software". A new menu will pop-up. Select "Update Driver Software", then "Browse my computer for driver software". Locate the files you had previously unpacked in your desktop, then let Windows install the new driver.
