I just tried to run Live Update for NAV and got following message: a problem has been detected during Live Update an the update has not been installed. I have rrrebootedt and tried again with same results.
What does the message mean and what should I do? I have run the AdaWare and Spybot scans and NAV with the Nov definitions and found no problems. Here is my Hijackthis log:

Alexps,

I am not a HJT expert but I notice that your version is out of date, the latest is 1.97.7. It may not make much difference but you might as well get the latest one and run it again and post the result;http://www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html

Which version of NAV do you have and does your error message have a number eg: LU 1234?. The Symantec Knowledgebase has lots of information if you have the patience to wade through it!

OK, I did shutdown and rebooted. The Live Update completed successfully. Also updated my HJT and here is the new log:

Glad to see that the NAV problem appears to have resolved itself.

As I mentioned, I am not an HJT expert so you will have to wait for one of them to come along.

Compared to some that I have seen, your log is pretty short and and sweet but I can't say if that means it's OK or not.
