My wifi won’t connect wirelessly to my computer?

Please help it has been like this for a while we’ve reset the network settings but it just won’t budge. It only works through an Ethernet cable it wasn’t like this before.

Hello! What computer is this? If it’s a branded name, what is the name / model / serial number?

also, check Device Manager for any entries for network adapters or other devices

The wireless might be broken or turned off. Since you failed to mention the brand and model of computer we don't know what hardware you have.
