My system freezes up when trying to run norton, spybot, adware remover,nero, etc. Don't know what to do. Tryed to boot up a few minutes ago and stop system error came up. Not sure what is going on. Can you help PLEASE????????

Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post.
