My son's MSN Messenger is giving us a hard time.t keeps comming up with an error message that says it has to shut down.Even when he uses other computers it won't stay on.What's up with that?Does he have too many contacts? (He has allot!)

Which version of MSN messenger is he using?Have you tried to update to the latest version(Live)?

Yes it's the MSN messenger Live,we even tried to go back to an older version.My MSN account works fine (unless I talk to him)

So one account works fine on the computer and the other doesn't? (Same computer)

sorry,.......yes it's the latest MSN messenger.And mine works fine,my other son's works fine,but my oldest son's is allways asking to send an error report and to shut down.Even if he's on another computer.

If his account doesn't work on any computer, then the problem is definitely with the account. I don't use MSN Messenger so I can't provide any further advice. Just don't make any changes to any computer. The changes need to be made on the account itself.
