Do you mean window or do you mean another program?
How many running programs are open? If you only have 2 open, does this stop?

im on windows 7, its weird to explain, started like 2 days ago i guess and im on a desktop and it happens on browser, games and everything else

the best way to show you would be screensharing it or something, it basically stops me from typing and tabs out, not on another program but still tabs out so i have to click on what im doing to keep going or it just makes me stop whatever im doing

Sounds like the Alt-tab is stuck, have you tried a different keyboard?

i think i have a clue to whats happening, ive noticed something is happenening like i was clicking on my taskbar so it stopped me from doing anything but i wasnt really clicking on it it happens alone without me even touching the taskbar
