Hi, 1st post after I searched topics for answer, but didn't find it.
so my outlook express is out of mind or out of time, because my computer's clock showing the right time, but my outlook marks messages sent/received (in present time) like 4 or 5 hours ago.

Say time now is 3 AM and email I send or recieve now will show 11 54.
so idea how can this be fixed?

Usually it comes from the server. And it suggests a difference of 4 time zones. In 2003 around the end of December, I was getting email dated December, 2004. Eventually it was all straightened out by Yahoo!

If you are sure your settings are correct either in Control Panel (Time/Date) or by clicking on your System Tray clock, there isn't anything more you can do. Make sure the Time Zone is correct as well as your clock. For example, if I change the Time Zone from EST to PST which is 3 hours earlier and adjust my clock to the correct local time, all of my emails have a time of 3 hours earlier.

Here is related MS article about OE:
