My Firefox is messed

All the time it seems now that an error report message comes up when i close it or usually takes ages to laod things and its starting to anoy me and come to my attention thats it defo a error or infection in my firefox i have complete reinstalled it and it still happens also most things i download with it are corrupt can you help in any way

What is the error message? You can try Firefox in safe mode.
Start> Mozilla Firefox> Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode).
If Firefox works, then it is an extension or theme effecting it.
