My corsair H80i fan is stuck on 100%

To start, I am running windows 7 so the windows 8 problems with corsair link 2 should not apply. Here we go, basically the fan was working fine and I could adjust the speed of it in corsair link 2 along with the LED colour. I've recently turned on my PC to find my fans running at 100% speed and I've not been able to adjust the temps in corsair 2
Link or speed fan. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated, I have some screenshots to help out

Where is the fan plugged in? Motherboard fan header?
