I know you can write music to a DVD and play it through a DVD Player or a Television (that I can do).
My problem is I want to fill whole DVD's with music but without a menu system I could not choose what I want to play.
Is there any way of adding a menu to a Music DVD so that I can at least choose a folder to play.

DVDs/CDs are obsolete .... Most new cars do not have a CD player anymore, just a USB port.
ALL new TVs will read a USB flash .... try one
Organize the flash drive in folders.

Also - Try organizing a DVD as a Data DVD with folders for your DVD player.
That works in my BluRay Player.

Not really helpful, CD'S/ DVD'S are not obsolete what do you think a Blue Ray Player is, Suprise Suprise it's a DVD Player, Blue Ray's are just DVD's with that are superior Quality. I have many USB stick's, Music Player's etc.
I asked a specific question, all you had to answer was the the last line of your reply.

A long time ago I made a data CD with music. You can put as many songs in it but the only problem is that CD players and not sure about DVD players only get to a certain number of tracks but can continue hearing your music on it. Not sure if it may be possible this days since technology keeps updating every time.
Actually, CD, DVD, and Blu-Ray are all different. Yes, they are the same size and shape, but they are not the same.

In any case, no. The limitation is the player (not the physical player, but the software reading the data) and what it is expecting to see on the disc. In most instances, music "DVD's" are just audio files (ie: mp3, wav, etc.) burned as data onto the disc. And all the player can read are the audio files.
