I thought I'd post the resolution to a problem I've been having with Music Match. Since DLing and running v10 some weeks ago I have been plagued with a very persistent error that wants to report back to Microsoft. I'm talking dozens of windows per hour. The header is about routing and tracing manager or something or other and the details relate it back to MMDIAG.exe
Musicmatch tech support has been unresponsive in over two weeks of multiple inquires. I found a link to a similar problem with an older version of MM on the intel audio player support forums. Following their advice here is what I did:
I deleted all .log files along with mmjblog.txt and altlog.txt from the c:/program files/musicmatch/musicmatch jukebox folder. Once I did that the error reporting window stopped appearing. :up:
I hope this helps anyone else running into this issue since MM tech support is sooo helpful.
