Msn Messenger

I have MSN Messenger 6.0 (6.0 0602)

I only use it to be notified of any e-mail that I may have.

However, a few days ago, I was notified of a new version that was available and asked if I wanted to install it. I said no.....because I don't want to. For the reson stated above.

Now, when I try to connect with MSM sometimes, it will say I have to download a new version to be able to use the service. I choose no, and it locks me out of MSM. However, if I persist entering my password, it will allow me to connect using the above version. This is very annoying, so any help would be appreciate as to the problem

Thank you!

Yikes! Could you type any larger? :D

There's nothing you can do about the pestering you're receiving from MSN. MS will keep pestering you until you upgrade.

:)
Thank you for your advice.

It was an accident that the text is so large. I didn't mean for it to be that big..lol

Thanks again.
:D No problem.

:)
I'm getting the same message from MSN, only I have already downloaded the upgrade months ago. When I try to download it again, it won't install and instructs me to go to MSN's website and download from there. I can't from there either. Now, it won't let me open my e-mail??
