Help! I posted the other day but I think on the wrong thread. I'm having trouble with MSN. I get a black bar above the address line and on my favorites. This happens after the computer has been on a while. The favorites also turns black but you can see it if you put the cursor over it. Also, after some time my e-mail will not show. I only get TO and From:
I called MSN and they sent me to Verizon. Both said it is corrupted software and I should take it to a Tech. Since I built the computer I would like to try and fix it. Should I uninstall MSN and if so do it from the Ad Remove area. Also, where do I get the new software.
One tech gave me g.msn.com/1c19partnerenus/vz02inst and told me to install that (I think) I could not understand the technician.
