Each time I close (or restart) my computer, I always get this ccapp.exe error and I have to wait some extra seconds so the system close it down (or I can click to End It Now). Well I know it's something about my Norton Anti-Virus 2006 like Symantec Shared Applications but I was wondering if I could disable the error when I close or restart my computer without closing auto-protect or deleting Norton. 
And about MSN (Windows Live Messenger), it's just plain and simple, I get UBER slow rates. Like 20 KB per 15 seconds. Anyway to fix that?

And i'll say this right now. I have no spyware or virus. And I run Registry Mechanic and Registry Booster like everyday. Defragment sometimes, did yesterday morning. And clean my disk often.
