Normal Startup. If you have things starting that you don't want, msconfig is not really the place to control those, especially services.

The Black Viper website is excellent! Pay close attention when they tell you NOT to use msconfig to stop programs at start up. If you don't go through each program and shut them down from within, they will just come back when either when you reboot, or if you use the program (ex: aim). Some programs can be shutdown with msconfig, you have to figure out which ones you use on a normal basis. While your in that website, check out the tweaking area, there's some good stuff there too!
