Select the row of cells and copy it using Ctrl-C
select the top cell of the destination and use paste special, check the transpose box.
Your row will be pasted as a column.

Hi Chiku,
You forgot to mention which version of Excel you are using.

You can't transpose on cell with many values as the example shows.
CNU1222,CNU12223,CNU1228 is all in one Cell

Since I still don't know which version of Excel you're using I saved it asl Excel 2003

Just run the macro Rows2Columns to see it work

The data in Sheet1 will be written to Sheet2 just to show the result
I can hep you change the destination if this is what you expected to get.

The sheet I posted has the macro and will work with any number of rows, so ...

Is it just two columns with data?

Well your example was only two columns with much data in the second column.
If there are more columns filled then the macro won't work,
