MS Access 2000 shortcut key

Not working on both pc's with OS 2000 on eack machine. The shortcut ket for current date is "Crtl +;" This will work on 1st PC but not the 2nd in Access 2000. It will work on both in Excel. Is there a setting to be made on the first PC??? Thanks, :) :)
