If its a Bootable CD it should boot automatic. But some PC's have to be set in BIOS.
With Hiren Bootup CD or Norton Ghost you could clone a drive. C however is a Primairy Drive. If you add another drive to it wich is also Primairy after cloning or formatting you run into trouble. Two drives appear as C and D. this is no problem if you have'nt set up partitions. the new drive will move the others to E,D,etc.

The CD didn't boot auomatically on startup so how do i set my PC to BIOS ?

I don't believe that my Hard Drive has partitions I think I have two seperate ones though I'm unsure.. Since I bought my computer it has said I have two equally sized drives, C and D.

So, you are not sure how many drives you have? That is needed information.

Read the directions for CloneMaxx. After the cloning process, remove the original drive and place the new drive in the original position. There won't be any drive letter conflicts if you don't boot with both drives attached immediately after the cloning process.

Normally you press the DEL key during start up. Some BIOS need a password to be opened. It might as weel that your CD is not recognised because another devices was previously connected and BIOS is still adapted to that device. One option is to dicoonect the CD and restart, Than shutdown and reconnect the drive. BIOS will be reconfigured.
success.
