Mouse Lag When Fortnite Opened

Hello people, I need some help with my mouse lag as stated in the title. Normally my mouse is perfectly fine; it is a g203 with up to date driver. But when I run fortnite and it opens up, my mouse starts to have crazy delay and it moves super slow; kind of like lag. I have searched for solutions, but none of them seem to work. 144hz monitor, freesync activated: Veiwsonic 2402, V-Sync turned off, CPU: i5-6500, GPU: RX 470

you can try to disable mouse acceleration by navigating to the config folder for fortnite and to the gameusersettings.ini
and change "bDisableMouseAcceleration=False" to "bDisableMouseAcceleration=True" and then save the file and make sure read-only is on in the file properties
