What do currently have for a computer? RAM, CPU, and powersupply are the most important information we need to provide suggestions.

Also how much are you willing spend?

Most boards in that price range are budget boards, but this one's very nice and its $70:
MSI nForce2 Ultra 400 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket A CPU, Model "K7N2 Delta-L" RETAIL
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-130-419&depa=0

Or still cheaper but good:
EPoX KT400A Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket A CPU, Model "EP-8K9A7I" -RETAIL $52
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-123-207&depa=0

A new powersupply may be a wise purcahse as well, something above the 350 watt mark from a quality manufacturer like Antec, Thermaltake, Startech, Enermax, etc.

Go to TigerDirect and check some of their Motherboard/CPU combo deals. You will find that in that area paying more and waiting for the rebate can really make some great deals
