i have unknowed motherboard(zx-945gclm), and its already have pantium4, 2.8ghz, 1mb cache,32bit processor! and i want to upgrade it with Intel Core 2 Duo E4700(which is 64bit processor)
and i dont know that they both are compatible or not! can anyone help me!

I can't find the full specs. Based on the info that I can find, it should be supported. But you won't really know until you try. Also, when dealing with older hardware like this, unless you are getting the "new" cpu free or cheap, you money is typically better spent on a complete upgrade (ie: new motherboard/cpu/RAM).

If you could find the maker website and find a Bios update it would probably work but I couldn't find a website for the maker.
