Hello again i dont know if u got my other replie but my mp3 player screen keeps repeating the name of the mp3 player and wont go to my music and my windows xp computer wont recongize it please help its been like the for awhile. good luck:up:

its a sandisk mp3 player but so nothing will screw up the computeer if i hit system restore and should i plug the mp3 player in the computer when i hit system restore

Is the mp3 battery powered? Mine does that when the battery is low.
