Monitor Res and Scale issues

Hello folks..

I have a 19" LG Flatron Widescreen LCD Monitor connected to a BFG nVidia GeForce 6200OC with a DVI-D cable.

I just installed the DVI-D cable and was trying to set my res and refresh rates higher but when i do the scale is off and the WHOLE screen will scroll until it reaches the end of the screen.

How do i adjust my scale so it doesnt have to scroll and the whole screen is visible at once?
