Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. Hi, I'm trying to install a software for a digital camera. But when autorun is starting an error message appears. The message is as follows:

File error: SHELL.DLL is missing.

Could not initialize installation. System DLLs corrupt or missing.

What can I do to solve this problem?
