Can someone help me. When I do the "one button check" in Norton System Works, the scan registry says I have a missing file,"C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\RoxioShared/DDLShared." I request fix. It says it is fixed. Repair history says it is fixed but it keeps coming up missing everytime I scan. It is listed as "medium" importance. What is this and is this something I can restore? Thanks for any help you can give.
