Mini freezes in games

I have this Problem for Almost a year now. When i play games for example valorant, and when i shoot with my pistol my screen freezes for 2 seconds but the Sound continues. And when i shoot with that pistol again it doesnt lag until i restart the game. It is like loading but when i restart the game it has to load the graphics again. This happens in games like Fortnite, Valorant and Rocket league but not on Minecraft, Brawlhalla or other smaller games. It randomly happened one day and i do not know why. Fortnite or rocket league are not playable anymore and valorant is really laggy. When it does not load New graphics and i play my fps are always on 70 because i capped them on 70. Please help me.

Intel core i3 7130u
Intel integrated 620 HD graphics
8gb ram
2 terrabyte hdd

What is your Internet speed? Also, let us know what the latency is? The following website has more details in test results on Internet speed.

I only checked the specs on one of the games you listed ie fortnite. You do not even meet the minimum spec for the game; let alone the recommended spec. Here are the system requirements for fortnite;

Your computer may be okay for normal computing functions, but NOT for gaming.
Its hardware is too weak and slow.

I know but the games worked before but my disk usage Was on 100% the whole time and i tried everything to get it fixed and it worked but the games still have that bug. Btw i even replaced my hdd with a New one and it did not work

I know that. But it worked before on the pc but now doesnt anymore. That is why i do not know what to do. My PC is bad but it worked before and suddenly stopped working so i am asking on this website

You need to understand the following; just because it worked before means literally nothing. Windows is constantly doing updates that effect your system, games are updated, drivers are updated etc, etc.
In short, if you want to play these games, you are going to have to get a system that meets specs.

I know but the Thing is that i have 70 fps the whole time when it does not freeze. So i dont know why it is like that. The Mini freezes always occur when a New graphic/ Effect is loading. But when it happens again there is no freeze. And when the freeze happens my disk usage goes to 100% and my cpu rendering time goes up extremly

You have already been told; you do not meet even minimum specs to play the game. It is the same thing as having a Z06 Corvette that requires a minimum of 91 octane; putting in 87 octane and wondering why the engine does not run correctly.....

It was a valid question from @NaderHussain, since you're playing online video games and your connection speed would also have a bearing on in-game performance.

Yes maybe on fortnite but on valorant i have the recommended specs. Same bug there. Tell me how

As I said, I only checked the first game and you are well below min spec. You can certainly try different things ie different drivers, clean install, connecting to a different internet provider, etc.

When you try and troubleshoot any problem, you eliminate as many variables as possible ie at least meeting min spec. Then proceed with the troubleshooting.

Like others are saying, your computer is below the minimum specs for the games you are trying to play on it. That being said, the Internet connection being a factor can be ruled out, too.
