Using Windows 10s on HP Pavilion i5 core processor with dual Dual HP 27" monitors.
Thank you for your time, the problem started as goes as follows: I Right clicked my own FB picture and clicked inspect, which I usually do just to study. well noticed that the mentioned my "custom cursor" I noticed and was harshly spoken to by someone who knows JS very, very well. so he sent me a rat, deleted all my data <mostly pdf files of computer security and software design. gone, photos of my daughter as well. then synced into my phone which had images of his criminal doings my lil girl etc.. so even though being a good understanding of everything that was possible. and an inspiring white hat. For days tried to delete him from admin. no results. so I took it to my trusted PC shop. wiped down clean. no. he's back and it ruined honestly 5 days including my birthday. So I take it in again. trying to log into my google account which I had it saved and knew I was right they denied my entry to my gmail= everything with a Gmail account. same guy. how do I know that I am not being spied on, having another admin or user appear? By the way ( rubbing salt on my wound) turns out while in hospital fighting for my life he started watching me then. so, 3 times removed and I want privacy not sharing which when I stop sharing permissions, it seems he wants me to suffer. and I'm an A+ certified tech and studying every day for better. I wish I could say the name he goes by and maybe that can happen via personal emails. but he knows javascript and is always on FB or Google. He also geolocated my house <not too hard but scary> and I've called Microsoft 2 times then called a higher up who gave me a # that may help, but they said call FBI and another person who sounded scared and hesitant to give me a high-class phone number. what do I do.??
