I have a problem with using Microsoft Word, I tried to save a word document to a CD-RW but it didn't want to work. Is that possible to do? I am using Microsoft Word 97 on Windows XP Home Edition. Please tell me what I need to do so it will work, I really would like to be able to save documents on there so I won't run out of floppies so fast, thanks!

No but the CD is completely blank when I try it so it should work. I don't understand why it doesn't. Technology isn't all that its up to be, it surely is the case for me anyhow.

Before you can copy files to a CD-RW disc, you must format it even if it is a new blank CD...else you get the message that you Cannot Copy...Access Is Denied...
