I am not able to use the MIC on this PC. The MIC runs fine on other computers I have used. In the recording control, I see that Stereo Mix mute box is checked and I cant remove it even if I click on it. For the Mono Mix and microphone balance slider is grayed out and I cant move it on either sides.
I am using a MSI 945PL Neo mother board with has a built-in sound card chip of Realtek ALC850. I have tried to remove and reinstall the driver for the sound card, but it dint help, still I cant use the MIC.
Please let me know if you guys have any ideas, how to fix this prob.
