i need to fix a thing.. when i am in the internet i always recieve stupid messenges.. im tired of this things.. can some one tell me how to quit this things?

this messenges are not related to the pop up thing....

this thing says " Messenger Service"

if you need more details please tell me..

i am currently using WINDOWS XP PRO

Go to Start | Run
Type in services.msc
In the right hand pane, Scroll down and highlight Messenger"
Right-click the highlighted line and choose Properties.
Click the STOP button.
Select Disable or Manual in the Startup Type scroll bar
Click OK

Save
