You can add it to the add/remove programs so that you can remove it for good

Navigate to c:\windows\inf and open sysoc.inf
You will see the following line:

msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,hide,7

Change it from:

msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,hide,7

to:

msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,7

Basically delete the hide and one comma. Then it will show up in add/remove and you can rid yourself of this awful program and all its security risks it can bring to your PC

it is an indication of a worse problem. it means you have open ports. and that means you can have your security hacked. getting the messages to stop is only a bandaid to the problem. get a firewall perferably a hardware version and they will stop and you have better security.
