About 2 weeks ago my antivirus software (PC CILLIN) detected a Trojan:GEMA.A that could not be cleaned and was placed in Quantine. It was suggested that I delete the file. The file was C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\PIXEL32.EXE.
Although I was not sure if this was a file I really needed, like a dummy, I deleted it. Now everytime I boot us after the Windows XP screen appears I get the following message: Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\PIXEL32.EXE, I click search then get the following:COULD NOT LOAD OR RUN FILE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\PIXEL32.EXE. MAKE SURE THE FILE EXISTS ON YOUR COMPUTER OR REMOVE THE REFERENCE TO IT IN THE REGISTRY.Can this file be restored?
