Windows 2000...
It keeps giving me message that i am running low on virtual memory and sometimes it is fine... how do i increase that with out shutting down the two iexplorers i have up?

Windows 2000 should manage virtual memory itself, unless it has been set incorrectly.

It should be similar to XP:
Control Panel - System - Advanced - Performance - Advanced - Change.

Let it manage it itself (system managed).

However the warnings could also likely be due to Adware/Spyware or Viruses running on the system. Do you run the usual Spybot/AdAware and Antivirus software?

Okay I went there but there is no option to manage change itself. Do you know what the 2 number should be set at or around at?...
And yes I do have Adaware and antivirus that I run everyday.

Also do you know how to fix application errors?
