Wordpress can do this for you. You will need a membership plugin such as Members by Justin Tadlock and it will do exactly what you want.
Membership Profiles
Hi, I recently posted on here regarding user profiles on my website without much luck but let me try a different approach.
I have an accounting and payroll business. I'm wanting to set up an online payroll system where people can sign up/in and add and update their payroll information.
When I try to find anything including 3rd party membership websites, all I find are websites that relate to blog memberships where when you sign in, it takes you to the same place and they look nothing like what I was looking for.
Basically, this is what I want. A new business goes to my website, they click sign up, they enter their information, then it takes to them to their own page where they can update their information and whatever else.
Like every website has this when they have log in options. Someone can log in and update their own private information. I don't know why this is such a hard thing to find resources for online. I'm looking for software that I can implement myself, a 3rd party website that does this for me I can link to my website, open source software, whatever. Preferrably free as this is a new program and I don't know how much it will be utilized just yet.
