media codec trojan.zlob virus

My Symantech Antivirus program has picked up two viruses in my media codec directory. Sorry if this has been addressed, but I can't find it here. The antivirus program will neither fix the files or quarantine them. The files are isamonitor.exe and isaddon.ddl. I just can't seem to get rid of them.
