Mcafee was deleted instead of unistalled as the uninstaller wouldn't work. Now the registry or system ini file is looking for this in startup and I have to press any key to continue.
I ran a step by step confirmation on startup and said no to it and the system booted up without a problem, but how do I permanently get rid of it?
Win98.
Please let me know what other information you need. It's my husband's computer and now he also lost his internet access somehow it's not recognizing the TCP/IP network transport.... but that's another story.
