Major Direct X Graphics issues,

Hello, I'm having major direct X graphics issues in multiple games I've had problems in gta V, battlefront(newest), and battlefield 1.

Notes:

I recently moved to an SSD, I have windows 10 on SSD and games on another drive, (though I have tried games with game on ssd and still no).

I've even tried wiping the entire pc, reinstalling windows, and definitely fiddled with updating drivers, though I'm not even 100% what part would make these errors, the graphics card right? Not like motherboard or something. (If your wondering why I just wiped and reinstalled it's because I didn't have much on pc from switching to an ssd, very recent).

I've run direct x setup manually from the game folder.

Specs:
Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.4
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 64 bit
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4350 Quad-Core Processor, AMD64 Family 21 Model 2 Stepping 0
Processor Count: 4
RAM: 16281 Mb
Graphics Card: Radeon (TM) RX 470 Graphics, -1 Mb
Hard Drives: C: 111 GB (80 GB Free); D: 930 GB (752 GB Free);
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC., M5A97 R2.0
Antivirus: Windows Defender, Enabled and Updated

Even now, I'm analyzing the specs the sysinfo says I have and I think it ran into an error, I've highlighted it. For the record the graphics card is radeon rx 47o with 4gb. So is this like a ram leak but in the graphics card what even.

I've ran dxdiag and included it because I think it may be relevant but it seems to check out to me.

I feel like there is probably an obvious step I have missed and I'm an idiot for not knowing.
Any ideas on what I should try would be appreciated.

Try running in a lower resolution, like 1080p and see if it runs.
Sadly, I tried and it did not work.

I was perfectly fine playing in 2400 x 1800 or whatever before I put my windows on an ssd.

I should state that im not push my specs when playing, I've monitored performance and temps. while gaming and I never push to hard. I only play up to medium graphics, even when games autoset my graphics to a higher setting.

I still get the error even if its as low as it can go on 1080p.

Still thanks for the recomendation. Im glad this forum is responsive, even if in the early morning.

If anyone has any idea please letme know.
