Mail notification and junk mail, Outlook 2002

I have a buncha junk spam stuff setup to go straight into my 'junk email' folder. Is there a way to set it up so when new junk email comes I don't get the mail and sound notification?

Also, what's a good (free if posible) anti spam program and how hard is it to set up?

Your going to get the notification ding no matter what you do. However as far as a tool/proggie to help is here www.giantcompany.com. Made specifically for outlook.

Outlook>Tools>Options>General>Send/Receive Messages
