MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

STOP: 0000009C (0X00000001, 0X8053F0F0, 0XB6000000, 0X00000181)

I am installing XP Pro on a new bare bones AMD Athlon XP 2500+ system with 512MB DDR2700 RAM on an Asrock K7VM4 Mainboard.

Received new system yesterday. Fdisked 80GB HD. Formatted NTFS. Installed WinXP Pro. Twice during install the above error message appeared, but on reboot resumed & finished install.

Tried installing MS Office 2003. Same error part way through. 2nd attempt worked.

Today did it all over again. Same error installing the OS again.

I'm sending the system back, but I am curious to know what the message means. I went to the Microsoft Support site & found some general info, but nothing that tells me what the error code means beyond the "STOP: 0000009C"

Does anyone know how to decipher the rest of the error code?
ie: (0X00000001, 0X8053F0F0, 0XB6000000, 0X00000181)
