Hi,

NAV LiveUpdate seems to be working just fine except, shortly after I run it, I get this message:

I haven't been able to find anything much about LUPRECON.DLL . Can anyone explain to me what it does and whether I need to worry about the error since I can get updates without any problems. Also, if I need to repair LiveUpdate, should I follow the directions on http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPOR...sf&view=docid&dtype=&prod=&ver=&osv=&osv_lvl= or is there an easier way? (I hope!)

Error is caused by Norton LiveUpdate download the latest version from...

and hopefully this should resolve error !

Just want to be sure I understand - Are you saying I should follow the directions under Solution 3?

1. Start your Web browser and connect to the Symantec LiveUpdate page.
2. Click the Lusetup.exe file and save it to a location on the hard drive, such as the Windows desktop.
3. After the download completes, double-click Lusetup.exe to install it.
4. Restart the computer.
5. Run LiveUpdate.
