Low frames on games

I've been getting quite low frames in my games that I've been playing lately, I get around 50-60 fps on battlefield 1 with low settings. There is something wrong with my computer because the performance in my games is not good at all.
PC specs:
16 gb ram
nvidia 2060 super
core i5 8400 2.8 ghz
prime h310-plus

Have you tried updating your gpu drivers ? Go to Control Panel > Device Manager > Display Adapter. Right click on driver and choose Update.

If it says it is already the best. Then go to the video card manufacturer site and see if their driver is better.

All drivers are updated and I made sure. Maybe it's my cpu that's too weak? I don't know but my performance is too low for such a good graphics card.
I would expect better than you are stating.

Can you download and install HWMonitor. Run the program, leave it running in the background and then run the game for a shortwhile.

When you exit can you screenshot the HWMonitor screen and post it here. Area of interest are the CPU, Motherboard and GPU info areas.
