Lost toolbar in Internet Explorer

I don't know what happened to my internet toolbar. I can't even put in a web address. No back, forward, refresh, etc...I tried to pull it down and nothing there. I looked in Internet tools and don't see anything there either...how do I fix this? I also noticed the print is so small in some pages I can't even read it. Please help!

First, try hitting F11 on your keyboard.
If you have "view" on the top of your screen, click on it and then go to toolbars and place a check on standard buttons and address bar.
Oh yeah, click on "view" and go down to "text size" and increase your text.
If you have Win98 and the problem began in the last 4 days, go to start>shutdown>restart in MS-DOS mode and at the c:\windows\> prompt enter:

scanreg /restore

select a started registry from one of the 4 you see which predates the problem.

If you have WinME, you will need to use a startup disk and from the a:\> prompt enter each line:

c:
cd windows
scanreg /restore
Thanks for the excellent advice....I had lost my toolbar, tried all the standard "tricks" to try to get it back and nothing worked until I came to this site and found your answer. I tried it and now everything is back to normal. Many thanks for your help!
