Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. win2000 server mix of xp and 2000 pro on the network. Linksy print server going to 16 port hub. Xp machines keep losing conection to printer no problem with 2000 machines. If mor infro is needed please ask. Thanks for the help Phil
